Break open the piggy banks and get out those loonies — that and some ID is all you’ll need to get into a select group of attractions in the Clifton Hill tourist district. That tradition is the group’s annual $1 day at Clifton Hill, which takes place Jan. 15 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The event will let Niagara residents (proof of residency will be required) visit 14 tourist in the Clifton Hill area for just $1 each. All proceeds will go to Cystic Fibrosis Canada to be used toward research for the fatal disease. List of places on Clifton Hill Participating is posted in the tab above.
