I blogged earlier in the week about an issue I was having with Freshco in St. Catherines on Ontario Street. Well, after an email to head office and a few emails with my store manager they have solved the problem.
So todays trip to Freshco cost me $4.83 in tax alone! It was like paying for the jar of peanuts and getting everything else for free.

- 3 Bits and Bites reg. $1.99 on sale for $1.00 = FREE from Overage
- 1 Hot dog buns reg. $1.50 on sale $1.00 = FREE from Overage
- 1 Jar of peanuts $4.29 =FREE from Overages
The regular price of the trip would have been $97.87 plus tax = $104.17
I paid $4.83 out of pocket! Thats a savings of $99.34 or 95%
