Scotia Bank made me very happy today! I went in to discuss my mortgage which is up for renewal in the next few weeks. They have a great promotional rate of fixed for 2 years at 2.69%. That's a 2.4% savings off my original mortgage. By using some of the payment privileges and keeping my payments the same I am able to shave 2.6 years off my mortgage. I am one happy customer!
