Today's Shopping Adventures

So today I went to 3 stores with savings and deals in mind. First stop Canadian Tire. I had a $5.00 coupon that I got earlier in the year with a purchase. It had to be used by today. They had a Lagostina non stick 26" skillet. Regular price $49.99 on for $9.99. With the $5.00 off coupon it was $4.99 plus $1.30 in tax bringing it to $6.29. I used points on the card I got when I bought my tires, so out of pocket was $0.00. Nothing like Free cookware! 100%  savings.

Store 2 was Metro. They had Olymel Chicken wings on sale 2 boxes for $10.00. I had 2 coupons to save $2.50 off each box. So I got 2 boxes for $5.00. They also had Maple Leaf Chucken Bacon on for $2.99 a lb. and you got 2 Air Miles with each one. I bought 4 lbs for $11.96 and 8 Air MIles. Total OOP (out of pocket) $16.96. A savings of 78.50%.

Third and last store was Shoppers Drug Mart. Purchased things I needed and they has some great sales. Regular price $74.36 minus sale prices of $19.09 and coupons of $19.49 paid $35.58 OOP and got a $10.00 SDM gift certificate. Making my amount $25.58 a 65.33% savings.
